  Hello Lincoln Families, Report cards will be sent home on Friday! There may be an area(s) where your child still needs to meet the essential standard. The expected goal is to achieve the standards by the end of 4th grade with a "3".  Students receive extra practice and opportunities through small-group and individual interventions throughout the school year to help them achieve their goals. Once you receive the report card, please review it with your child, sign the envelope, and return it for yards! March is Reading Month:  Students will listen to Lincoln teacher-created read-alouds and read books selected for a March Madness competition. Later in March, they will vote on their favorites, culminating in one book that wins it all! Ask your child what books they like each week.  Field Trips:  Please see the list below.   Hello Lincoln Families, To celebrate the start of March Reading Month, we will have a Read-In from 10:30 to 11:30 on Friday, which is a half-day. Students can bring a snack and all of their favorite books! Have a great week!   Hello Lincoln Families, We had a wonderful time at Howard Ice Rink! Thank you to all the parents who were able to come and help tie skates! Tomorrow we will be going on the annual trip to the Upton  Planetarium from 9:45-10:30 .  Spring Conferences :  Spring conferences are held as needed. I have emailed parents to let them know if we need a conference. If you didn't receive an email and would like to schedule a conference, please email me, and we can find a time that works for you. Conferences will be on the half days Thursday & Friday, February 12th & 13th. All students are working on their student-led conference slides and goals and will present them. Students with no conference scheduled can present them at home to earn extra yards! Kindness Party : This Friday , February 13th, we will have our Kindness Party! It is a half-day. The party will be from 11:00-12:00. We will not require parent volunteers to come to the classroom. We will have light snacks, ...
